Martha's Way IDD services are person-centered to meet the individualized needs of our consumers. It is important to us that every consumer receives supports their way, whether that be in their home or out in the community!
Quality Services
Martha's Way is dedicated to providing quality services and supports to protect the health, safety and well-being of our consumers. Here are some of the ways that we ensure quality service:
- 24hour on call and backup system
- Direct Support Professionals are always trained prior to providing supports and annually thereafter on the support plan and other job related skills
- Satisfaction surveys are conduct annually
- Site visits from the CEO
